Lexington Flats

Lexington Flats is a 50-unit multifamily complex that was constructed as part of the City of Eagan’s affordable housing initiative. Prestressed hollowcore plank was used to form an underground parking garage that doubles as a reliable, fire-resistant podium for the residential structure above. Over 15,750 SF of 8-inch and 12-inch depth hollowcore, 150 SF of 8-inch depth solid slabs, and 700 LF of concrete columns and beams were delivered and installed within one month to keep the project on schedule.
