Blackhawk Technical College – Center for Transportation Studies

When Blackhawk Technical College expanded its public safety and transportation facilities, project leaders turned to insulated wall panels and hollowcore for lasting performance and reliability. Prestressed concrete offers extended service life and low life cycle cost. Approximately 90 wall panels and 32 hollowcore planks were used to complete this automotive educational facility.
