Copper Ridge Housing Development

Solution: County Materials supplied high-quality reinforced concrete pipe, precast box structures, and manhole components to support stormwater management and infrastructure for this large-scale residential development in Woodbury, Minnesota.

Proven Materials Support a Growing Community

Located in one of Minnesota’s fastest-growing suburbs, the Copper Ridge Housing Development is a thoughtfully designed neighborhood featuring nearly 200 single-family homes and over 180 townhouses. As the area prepared for expansion, developers sought infrastructure materials that would support long-term performance and require minimal maintenance.

County Materials was selected to provide stormwater and underground infrastructure solutions that met the project’s strict performance and timeline requirements. The original plan specified alternative piping, but after reevaluation, the contractor chose reinforced concrete pipe from County Materials due to its proven reliability, structural integrity, and availability. Our pipe is factory tested for quality and durability, providing a dependable solution that supports long-lasting infrastructure.

The project utilized round reinforced concrete pipe in multiple sizes, precast box structures, manhole bases, and covers. These components were manufactured to meet project specifications and delivered on schedule, ensuring seamless installation. Our team worked closely with the contractor to coordinate production and delivery, helping the project stay on track and meet community demand.

County Materials’ dependable service and product experience made us a trusted partner throughout construction. As Copper Ridge grows, our concrete solutions provide the foundation for safe, efficient, and long-lasting infrastructure.
