Tonka Village

The City of Tonka Bay, MN expanded into the multifamily housing market to accommodate residents wanting to stay and downsize in the area. Tonka Village was the first residential community built as part of the initiative. The project outlined the construction of two five-story residential structures. Hollowcore was specified for the buildings’ podiums for its high-performance strength and installation efficiencies. We utilized our enhanced production capacity to manufacture 54,700 SF of prestressed hollowcore planks and solid slabs with short lead times.
