The Mila luxury apartment community in Ellisville, Mo., offers residents modern designs, elegant finishes, and upscale amenities. The interior courtyard has more than one acre of space for gaming, grilling, relaxing, and entertaining guests. A 30,000-square-foot patio and walkway surrounds the courtyard and swimming pool, offering plenty of space for lounge chairs and dining furniture. The community is also pet-friendly and offers a pet park in the courtyard.
The patio was constructed with County Materials’ SKYLANDSTM PAVERS in Allure and Timeless. The contrast between these two nature-inspired colors provides definition between walkways and gathering spaces. The pavers were also used for a giant chess board in the center of an artificial turf field.
